By accessing and using the Marina del Sol Yacht Club website (the "Site") and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Marina del Sol Yacht Club (CIF: B-12345678), located at Moll de la Barceloneta, s/n, 08003 Barcelona, España.
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. Junior memberships (ages 10–17) require parental or guardian consent and co-registration. All prospective members must complete an application form and be accepted by the Club's membership committee.
Annual memberships are billed for a full 12-month period. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date. Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
Members agree to comply with the Club's code of conduct, respect fellow members, staff, and vessels, and follow all safety regulations. The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these terms.
Course bookings require full payment in advance. Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the course start may be rescheduled at no cost. No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the session fee. The Club does not guarantee specific instructor assignments. Lessons may be rescheduled due to weather conditions without penalty.
Water-based activities carry inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge these risks. Marina del Sol Yacht Club shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in water activities, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Members and guests are strongly encouraged to hold personal accident and marine insurance.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Marina del Sol Yacht Club or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
You agree not to use this website to: engage in any unlawful activity; transmit harmful or malicious code; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; or reproduce our content without permission. We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms.
